Do not ever subcribe with zonefitness they will rip you off

<p> i have never seen such terrible service in my life, zone fitness are day light ******s, my contract ended in february , they are continuing billing me till today, i have requested for cancellation as per their process but i still get billed even today, its the worst gym subscription ever, they do not cater debit order dates for their clients, which i quite frankly think its a money making scheme and highly stupid, not every gets paid on the 01 of every month. talk about the level of professionalism its appalling HILDA from jhb commissioner is the worst, Rennisha is most ***********, even worse their Manager ITAYI Matika , i've never spoken to him but how do expect to lead a bunch of lost and *********** people when your self no nothing about customer service and you are just as ***********.</p> <p>i cant wait to end this miserable relationship that i have gotten myself in. i am so livid, i'm taking this query straight to ombudman, they have totally failed me.</p>
