Dishonest Dealings Zone Fitness Sancardia

<p>We joined the gym in June 2016 under the guise of a 12 month contract with an additional month added as part of the promotion. A year later we are treated like the **** of the earth due to Zone Fitness' Sancardia's incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just because the consultant did not give the sales manager the invoice to sign for the additional month, we are now bearing the brunt of something that has nothing to do with us as this is an internal administrative matter. Instead of assisting us and rectifying their mistake, management is more concerned about us renewing our contracts at a discounted rate. I am appalled by the treatment that we have received from Zone Fitness Sancardia.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to get in contact with head office but for some reason the email is referred back to branch level, to the very same people who merely shrugged their shoulders at us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly provide me with an email for Zone Fitness Head Office as we are not being assisted at branch level by management.</p>
