Disgusting service and facilities

I joined Zonefitness four months ago and had not gone to their facilities once. I explained to the consultant that I will be working in midrand and it’s going to be difficult for me to attend the gym but I will look at it because I trusted him. There is no gym in the midrand area and I cannot attend their gym closest to where I stay. He advised me if I wont be able to get to a gym its fine I can cancel the policy. Now that I want to cancel it a issue!! This is totally unacceptable and it’s not my problem that they don’t have a gym in midrand! I don’t see why I must pay a cancelation fee because they don’t have a gym in midrand. This is typical small business tendencies LIE to customers and take their money!!!!
