Disgusting service

I'm am soooo annoyed by Zone Fitness Gym, when I joined they kept calling me left right and centre trying to sign me up. I've been trying to get through to the Bruma Branch with no luck, I sent a message through their website on the contact section stating I want to cancel my membership,they said someone will call me in 48hours and its been more than 48 hours but till now no one has bothered to call me. I called and finally got through to the branch and Joel was sooooo rude, she was impatient and would not even answer questions I was asking. I don't get why Gyms need to make it soooo complicated when a member wants to terminate their membership. Till now I am waiting for someone to assist me as they will carry on debiting my account. This is ridiculous and unaccepted service. I just flippen wanna cancel my membership and they're making life soooo complicated.
