Disgusting customer care

My husband just had his phone ****** at the zone fitness in Rondebosch. All they said was someone else had there phone ****** too and a form had to be filled out. Do you now have cameras outside? To top it off we wanted to cancel the gym membership and you made a fuss about that too. Disgusted with your service and honestly will never recommend this gym to anyone.
