Disgusting

I am a member but am not very impressed with the lack of cleanliness in your Kloof street establishment.

It seems that since the covid restrictions were lifted, you took it as a sign to stop cleaning all together? Thankfully the sanitizer and paper towel is still available so that I can at least wipe the equipment before and after I use it

Below are just a few, glaringly obvious, things that I contend with each gym day of late, that are quite disgusting:to say the least: - Flies in the ladies change room! A whole bunch just circling about that we have to dodge them! - Bad drain smells at the basins in ladies bathroom - Bad smells when approaching the change room entrance foyer area, very off putting - Dirty floors. Especially in the studio. There are birds that have made their home in the ceiling and beams in the studio. Bird **** on the floors and equipment and mess everywhere! - inadequate air conditioning, also covered in bird ****, or it is never on in the studio, making it unpleasantly hot at times

I'm not sure if there is a designated cleaner but the person that I have observed cleaning occasionally, seems to do as little as possible and ambles about aimlessly and prefers to sit on the bike in the treadmill area and watch the TV, and occasionally venturing into the studio to wipe up some, though not all, of the bird ****.

Please improve or I will be forced to gym elsewhere!
