Disgusted appaling cheating greedy company

I am.completely disgusted with zone fitness promenade branch the etiquette and customer service is appalling I cancelled my gym account two months actually 3 months ago and I have made arrange ments with pelina and sheena today I receive an sms advising me my acc is in arrears and to my shock I call and these people have no RECORD but I went into store paid received a slip this is so sad because of someone's lack of ethnic I now have a bad record I'm so upset they refuse to assist me in the way I should be assisted and tell me.they will discuss this at a team forum hellllooooo I'm suppose to be a customer check your mails and the calls and proof I have then I call and riyaaz laughs on the phone really the manager has no idea how to manage I'm taking this further I refuse to be taken for a joy ride becAuse someone was lazy to do their job
