diabolical ******!!!!!

I went into the Promenade mall in this would be after the 30th of September 2019 to cancel my contract.

I provided details and was given a blue form to confirm cancellation and I kept the paper for over 12 months to make provision for any problems, but I threw it away after not hearing anything for 12 months.

It has now come as a huge surprise that you have handed my details over to a debt collector for a contract that you acknowledged that I cancelled two years ago, They are now asking for proof of cancellation from me , and as I said I kept the document for 12 plus months but threw it away around December last year, I am willing to take the matter to the ombudsman , I paid you guys, what do you want from me!!!!!!
