DESPUTE!!!

<p>I have been a member with Zone Fitness for a full period of 2 years. Early last year I arranged for my debit order to be cancelled with Zone Fitness as i will be changing banks. it was confirmed that after several debit orders on my ABSA Cheque account (No longer in use) will be reversed as i had made arrangements to pay directly at the Zone Fitness branch each month. Its been well over 1 YEAR and my ABSA Account is handed over with bank charges of zone fitness debitting (As seen on statement). I have approached many branches with this issue and everytime it was discussed i would be dismissed with either false hope, incorrect information or poor excuses of the Headoffice burning down, Maternity leave being taken and Training being done, therefore my complaint could not have been looked into asap. I have had the patience to tollerate this long enough because i have trusted the matter in higher authorities hands, yet they have let me down. Please help me fix this as i am completely out of options and my Credit Score is completely messed up.</p>
