Debtors zone fitness are lazy

After my 24month contract I asked zone fitness to cancel my contract via email Friday. Note that it was weekend I thought it will take up until Tuesday for any contact from them.. yet i recieved only a question as to why i would like to cancel.. my reply was i just want it cancelled... till today I have not received any confirmation or a reply from zone fitness Watergate...
