Debiting WITHOUT consent

I cancelled my contract at the beginning of the year, today I receive an sms stating that there will be 50% off gym membership fees even though I am no longer a member and asked to be removed from the marketing database. Next thing a debit order for R105 goes off my account.

1. My contract was cancelled over 4 months ago, so do NOT debit my account without any consent! 2. I did NOT choose to renew my contract for a reason, stop spamming me with your marketing stuff.
