Debit order charged after penalty paid!!!!

I cancelled my gym membership to join Virgin Active as Zone Fitness has no proper equipment and insufficient classes. I was charged a R1800 cancelation fee which I paid in November. They firstly told ne that they cannot not put through my Oct debit order as I cancelled too late, after paying the cancelation fee they then processed another debit order. When I call to enquire at Zone Fitness Parow a rude lady Niraam tells me that the cancelation fee already included Nov, how when the cancelation was done in Oct?? These people are a bunch of ********* with no honour. I would strongly advise against joining this poorly equipped gym who just keep taking from Clients.
