Zone Fitness is a ****!! ****************. We are followed by Gym employees even at campus recruiting us to join their pathetic Gym. No one tells us about the processing of cancellation of contract. Now as I student I have to pay for a service that I’m no longer using with the little money that I get from my parents. They don’t even care about us customers they just want money from us. I wish I read reviews before signing their stupid contract. Once you sign their contract it’s over for you. You have no choice but to pay for unused service because their contract binds you to!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.
