Hi ,I signed a contract with zone fitness but before i signed i told the consultant that i am not working and might go for an interview. I never made use of zone fitness and now i get calls from lawyers saying i have to pay the whole 2 year contract.How can i pay something i never made use of? i really don't think it is fare to pay for something i never made use of.

I did attempt to contact you telephonically earlier, unfortunately you were driving & requested a call back later today.
I have logged the complaint to our National Debtor Manager, who should be in contact with you as soon as possible to assist.
