Customer Service Is Non-existent

I have been trying for nearly a month and a half to cancel a contract that is no longer active. The only response I’ve received is that it has been “escalated,” with no actual resolution.

I was then told to go into the Milnerton branch. It is unreasonable to expect me to travel to another area just to explain this entire situation again.

The level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. This has been handled very poorly.
