Contract suppose to be 1 year

my zonefitness contract was suppose to be a 1 year contract but the sales consultant left me on a 2 year contract. I have sent through the whatsApp messages proving that he said it has been changed to a 1 year contract but guess what it hasn't ! i left numerous messages for the manager a Trade Route mall to contact me regarding this issue but still nothing!
