Contract Renewal procedure not followed.

I had a contract with them and when my contract end date aproached there was never any form of communication asking whether i would like to renew the contract or not. Now after i stopped going to gym about a year ago, i am recieving calls from MBA that i have been handed over by Zone Fitness. I then called Zone Fitness in pretoria on *** and asked about their protocols and i am told that they do communicate but when i raise my issue that there was no form of communication on my case, the lady told me she will get back to me bet to this day there's still no feedback or whatsoever! I called them on tuesday the 5th of february.
