contract *****

i signed up in August 2018 on a 12 month contract, it was to end at the end of August 2019 but they kept on debiting my account till January 2020 , I've been requesting a refund since September 2019 and only now when i reverse the debit they call me and tell me that i signed a 24 month contract which i am certain i did not!!. this is a money making scheme, now they want me to pay a cancellation fee. i still remember the rep telling me that its a 12 month contract and i agreed because i was a temporary worker at the time. now they saying they going to send the contract that i signed and im still waiting for it
