Contract cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Zone Fitness to no success, one person I need to R200 which I did, the other says R365, when I ask questions, no one answers but I keep receiving sms about non payment to them when I’ve been sending numerous emails asking them why R200 rose to R365!! No response yet they busy issuing threats!! It’s appalling!!
