Continued debit order after cancellation.

Zone fitness gym are such ********. I have made several attempts to cancel my membership and they finally sent an email confirming July to be the last time I pay but they continue to take debit orders from my account.

I have told them so many times I do not wish to return as it is small, crowded, poorly ventilated and sub standard equipment. May you please assist me so they stop taking money from my account?
