COMPLAINT!

I would like to find out how a matric learner can be handed over for an account?

My brother was approached by sale persistent and adamant agents a few months ago to sell him a gym membership. He has never even activated the card given to him.

He DOES NOT WORK, HE IS STILL IN SCHOOL! How do you hand a learner over, or even allow them to have a membership!? This is unacceptable and unfortunately seems to be a common practice for zone fitness.

I need this membership/account/handover to be retracted with immediate effect. Failure to assist in this matter, will lead to legal action.
