I'm so disappointed in the service I received from zone fitness cape quarter branch.. People who work there have no way speaking to a customer, they been abusing their right by doing debits in my account i didn't agree to and when I asked them i was advised my account is in arrears,. Horrible company to do business with

Firstly I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had in dealing with one of our clubs, and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and allowing us the opportunity to investigate.
I did attempt to contact you telephonically earlier, but unfortunately only got hold of your voicemail, and have sent email correspondence accordingly.
I will be logging your complaint to the Operations Manager of the club, and copying in our National Debtor Manager to assist if she can.
Someone should be in contact with you as soon as possible to assist.
