Complaint

First and foremost, the recruiters / sales personnel recruit people under false pretence and lie about packages offered. Secondly, they renew and proceed to registrating people without their consent then come back and say you're owing. This company needs to be dragged to courts for ***** all in all. The hygiene is poor, the service is utterly dissappointing and they target young people with the aim that they corner them into owing mount fulls of money then proceed to harrass them with unending phones calls for them to pay. Also with the knowledge of consumer rights, you are allowed to ask for your account to be paused so you can pay off the money but they won't do that. Absolute *******! A gym from the pits of hell.

I DONOT RECOMMEND ANYONE JOINS Zonefitness, kindly spare yourself. Even a gym under that tree is better.
