Close the debt

I am so mad for Zone fitness, I signed contract to start a gym, however I cancelled because I did not have time. I never received a call from call centre/ customer service to asked me If I approved now they told me that I am on Nimble collection to pay debt that I don't even know. Close the debt before I go to the court.
