I previously wrote a report complaining about the conditions at the St Georges Mall branch. Christelle Botondi (branch manager) got in touch with me and basically let me vent. She promised that all the issues would be resolved and agreed to allow me to terminate my contract due to me being unhappy. Thanks for taking the time out Christelle, i should have come to you sooner.
