cheating on contract
i have signed up for a month to month contract for me and my wife at zone fitness Lenasia branch and now that i am reallocation and want to cancel my contract they are saying that i have 15 months left which i never signed for as it was stipulated to me on the day when i joint the gym 5 months ago.<br> <br> <br> I have phoned they accounts department and had issues getting a hold of them as they only work form 8.00 till 4:00 <br> <br> The lady that assisted us was in such a hurry to make the sale that day that said that its a month to month contract she never gave me a copy of the contract.<br> <br> The lady that we dealt with still works in the gym.<br> <br> <br> [Email Removed]

Firstly I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had in dealing with one of our clubs, and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to investigate.
I did attempt to contact you telephonically earlier today, but unfortunately to no avail, and have sent email correspondence accordingly.
I am logging the complaint to the Operations Manager of the Club as well as the Club's Regional Manager. Someone should be in contact as soon as possible to assist.
