charging customers extra money for no reason
<p>I joined zone fitness gym in February this year and they keep charging me extra money even when I pay on time and they create excuses. They are seriously abusing their power over defenceless customers like us and I don't know what to do</p>

As discussed in the email correspondence I have sent, I will be logging your complaint to both the Operations & Regional manager of the Club, someone should be in contact as soon as possible to assist.
