CANNOT PROVIDE WHAT WAS REQUESTED IN SALE
I bought a contract beginning October SPECIFIC to be provided with 2 x PILATES classes per week. - promise made by the Sales Rep, was that there are pilates on Wednesdays + Thursdays. <br> <br> The Wednesday happened but when I pitched the Thursday, NO PILATES - it is actually YOGA. <br> <br> The 2nd Wednesday when I pitched NO PILATES NO INSTRUCTOR - no indication or prior notice. <br> <br> Today I phoned and again NO PILATES because instructor still off sick but no notification and they dont have a replacement<br> <br> I am really so disapointed - I have been instructed for pain relief to ONLY do pilates - I dont need any of the machines of Zones Fitness<br> <br> I cannot deal with so much promises and lies + incapable staff. <br> <br> I have sent 3x emails on the internet contact details but nobody bothered to come back to me or just answered me<br> <br> I therefore request my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect in order for me to get decent pilates instructors elsewhere
Firstly I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had in dealing with one of our clubs, and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to investigate.
As per our telephone conversation, I have logged your complaint to the Operations Manager of the Club to see if the problem with Pilates classes can be addressed, and if not to assist with the cancellation of the membership.
Someone from the club should be in contact with you as soon as possible.
