Cannot cancel membership

<p>I called my branch to cancel my membership and they refused to assist me. I was told to do it online. I then went online to cancel but keep getting 404 error message. There is no contact numbers for head office on website to call either. I am now stuck with a membership I dont need and cannot get any assistance from the branch or the website and have no way of cancelling my membership. Now it seems like I am just stuck with it. This is absolutely poor service</p>
