Cancellation request not honored

I sent a cancellation request through in January providing my months’ notice for cancellation and received correspondence from Santie De Kock that my cancellation has been acknowledged and that the contract will be ended and that as of end of February I will no longer be debited. End of February I was debited and more than the normal amount , I sent up a follow email to Santie last week and still no response. I have a paper trail of everything so please cancel my membership and refund my money for February as per agreement!
