cancellation of contract

i got so much disappointed with zonefitness when i joined them it was so nice and welcoming for them to assist me to join in and i even asked the guy who assisted me that should i want to cancel this thing in future wont it give me problems i was clearly told that with pleasure anytime i am allowed to cancel but to my surprise when i called to cancel they told me that i owe them money for gods sake i never even received the card to come join but they debit my account month end i don't even remember setting my foot there to gym but i owe them for not even now they still debit so must we continue to owe people money and be listed for something that i no longer want and have a right to cancel it should i feel that i am no longer feeling to use it <br> i have been reversing my money and will continue until they do something <br> its worse because i have never even set my foot to the gym
