cancellation of a membership

I received an sms and phone calls stating I owe zone fitness R7000, of which I never used their facilities at all even once! .I am sick and tired of your rude consultants who doesn't know how to treat consumers. How can you pay for food that you didn't even taste it? Please cancel my account. I don't want it. N bad service ever!
