Cancellation of 24 Month Gym Membership - Violation of Consumer Act

Wanting to cancel 24 Month contract. Did so in writing giving the 20 Business days notice as they have requested. Zone Fitness by their OWN efforts have added additional months without my approval or acknowledgement. Nor have either party signed an addendum to the Contract stating the additional months. The Contract clearly states No addition, variation, or cancellation of this agreement shall be of any force and effect UNLESS reduced to Writing & Signed by all parties.

The contract does not stipulate anything to do with a Pandemic or anything of that nature that would impact the Contracts duration.

Numerous emails have been sent to Noma Efese at Southdale branch but Zone Fitness does not grasp they in Violation of the Consumer Act.
