Cancellation Nightmare

So in 2016 I've taken out a gym membership in Lenasia for two, but in the same year ive relocated to Mpumalanga.

So I've tried to cancel but was told that I have to pay my contract in full. So even though I've relocated ive been paying all these months. So finally on June 26th 2018 i went and paid my last amount, spoke to this coloured guy at the counter who helped me cancel. Even thought I had to pay almost R130 more than usual, i just wanted to get this headache over with. I was told that its canceled, filled out a Cancellation Form, my reason I stated was End of Contract.

Then on the 26th of July i get a Sms stating that I will be handed over to the Legal team as I am in arreas.

Ive Emailed this Nishen guy but he doesn't seem bothered, spoke to this Ellen lady she said she will call back but hadn't.

These people are the proper ************!!! I just want it to be cancelled!!!
