Cancellation missile chow money: very misleading

I requested them to cancel my contract and stop debiting ay the end of its term in june 2020 for December 2020(end of contract)but they read it vice versa..they extended my contract without my consent..Jan 2021 i reversed payment, started receiving errears smses..i sent them an email explaining that iv requested cancellation in june 2020 for end december but that did not help ,instead they sent me email with screen shot without dates or myself responding to them.it was the first time seeing this email in a screenshot claiming they have sent it to me and mow handed over to lawyers who are harrasing me and said they will garnish me...yoh hhee, they are so irresponsible and Useless,wont recomend them to anyone because problem starts when you need to cancel...they extended my contract because of covid as if i brought it...or requested them to do so..who must pay for the extended months..tjo.
