CANCELLATION HORROR

Cancellation Horror indeed! I requested cancellation in April 2018 as I got was offered a better deal with Virgin Active. A lady named Lauren at the Brackenfell branch gave me an amount of 60 % or something I had to pay before they can cancel my contract. I than made payment arrangements cause the amount was big like its a darn cell phone contract. So I made my last payment in July and expect my contract to be cancelled as requested, however these people keep debiting my acc saying I'm in arrears. How is that possible if you guys received more money from me in 3 months than you would in a year? I want you to cancel my contract with you guys as soon as flipn possible I don't have time to run to a branch and make reversals everytime cause of your incompetence. I spoke to Ruth as well she was so rude and unprofessional regarding my acc after I explained my story, Lauren whom I dealt with is currently on maternity leave and that's my problem now, that's why they cant sort out my CANCELLATION. STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT PLEASE!!! SORT OUT YOU S*** You guys are ridicule!!
