Cancellation due to Hip injury

I've had 2 hip operations in the past 3 years, I went for a check up at my Doctor, to figure out I need intense physiotheraphy untill I can fully function again, physio costs can get high especially for a graduate student that is responsible for all my payments. I asked for someone to help me avoid the cancellation costs. I have 32 months left on my gym contract ( I renewed my gym contract, not knowing this will be the outcome of me being un-active)<br> <br> My first cancellation enquiry was submitted on the 28 April 2015 to the branch manager Hennie, I got no response until the new branch manager Tyrone got back to me on the 6 May 2015. <br> <br> He asked me for a doctors note that says I am no longer fit to perform exercises at Zone Fitness Gym, so I did get a doctors note stating that I'm not fit and doing intense physio.<br> <br> Today on the 20 May, I was said to pay an cancellation fee, after I was told I need proof of doctors letter otherwise they will ask me cancellation fee.<br> <br> I have all this proof on email. <br> <br> This service and false promises is ridiculous. <br> I need answers. <br>
