Cancellation & Debit Refund

For the past 3 months I have been requesting a cancellation since my gym (Life Centre) closed down in June2018. I had a query #96983 in July18 where I was advised that my membership ********** 6 was cancelled and a refund was processed. The person handling this was Joseph Ratone, however another debit went off in August & September while I have not received any feedback after querying this. I want the membership to be cancelled and my refund of R374 for the 2 months that have been debited. It has been frustrating following up on a simple query for 3 months, can this just get sorted out asap! It does not help that the online query logging system is not fully functional.
