Cancellation

I have been trying to get soemone to assist me in cancelling this contract for the past two weeks.

I called to cape town and was told that the Rondesbosch branch is closed and that Wynberg can assist me. I call to Wynberg and they give me a number to call that just rings all the time.

Then i get given an email address for Rebecca and im waiting for a response. I would appreciate if someone calls me back so i can cancel this damn contract. You guys are disgusting and your service is pathetic. If you dont respond - i will got to the ombud.
