Cancellation

I`m writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the membership. I sign up for a 2 year contract with Zone fitness in Wynberg but used the Rondebosch gym. Now due to having a toddler that just started cr?che I don't have the time. I phoned the Company to enquire if my membership can be cancelled because I`m paying for services I`m not using. I was told because I signed up for a 2year contract I will have to pay for the months remaining. That is absurd because at the end of the day I'm not gaining anything but the company is enjoying my money. I phoned a couple of times and basically I feel like I`m forced to pay and if I don't I`ll be listed on ITC.I`m sure if I direct my concern to the Consumer complaints I`ll be assisted.<br> <br> Please I`m giving your company a chance to rectify this mess.<br> <br> Regards<br> Unhappy member
