Canceled contact but was not done!!!

<p>Zone Fitness opend up a new store at Kraaifontein. They had reps that approaced me with a opening special. I decided too join it, at the stage they had a container outside where their people operated. I signed up with a lady ( Cindy Coetzee) and paid my joining fee and never recieved a card. </p> <p>Up the road a Virgin active Red opened up and decided too join them instead. That was a week after I joined Zone Fitness. I decided to go back too the Kraaifontein branch and spoke to the same lady ( Cindy Coetzee) too cancal my contract instead, she said a gentleman there would help me. I gave all my details and he said not to worry he will sort it out for me. (not knowing I was supposed to get a cancelation receipt as proof) and never recieved it. </p> <p>The new store opened up and many months after that I get phone calls from Rowdene Wenn the debt collecter that I owe them money after me remembering that I canceled my contract before there new shop opened up. Thats clearly a sign to me that the people that worked for them at the time did not do there job and canceled my contract . </p> <p>I get alot of phone calls from Credit Worx, and they telling me that I have been handed over too them with a amount over R3000. I contacted Rowdene Wenn and went to speak to her about the situation and she said I must pay the amount because I dont have proof that I canceled my contract in the beginning because there workers dont know how to do there job rite. </p> <p>Rodene Wenn send me a email that apparently I have entered there club on 4/5/2016, 13/6/2016 (twice) and on 15/6/2016. I did not even have a club card too enter and worked on those days and can get prove from my employer. </p> <p> I will take the matter further if not resolved. </p>
