CANCEL MY AGREEMENT

Over a month ago,i DMed Zone fitness wanting to find out if i can join gym on my brother's behalf because he is Unemployed n cannot afford to pay for himself-they told me that it is doable so i signed up with them. Little did i know that it was going to be a nightmare! My brother went to the gym first time n he couldn't get access apparently his card that was supposed to be activated was not,he was then called aside to confirm his details n he did. Went to the gym for the second time and still he encountered the same,he then decided to contact me to make me aware of the issue because im the one paying, immediately i contacted Zonefitness thet promised to get back to me n after 2days of pestering them to get somebody to contact me they did. I spoke to somebody who claimed to be a sales manager in Bellville Zonefitness he assured me that the matter has beem resolved n i should give it a day- i gave it a week.

Went to the gym again with my brother,BOOM-THE CARD THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK STILL DOESN'T WORK!! Now I was fed up,i mean asked if this was possible n they assured me that it is possible. I again made contact, now not to ask them to sort out the issue at hand but to cancel my agreement with them. All i need is proof of cancellation emailed to my account n proof that a debit order will not be going off because they failed to keeep their end of the deal.

I was promised i would get a call yesterday but up to now i havent recieved a single call from them. This kind of service is not poor Nooo ive seen poor this is first degree Trash! Appalling!
