Can't deal with delinquent people

<p>I wrote a review 2 months ago about the terrible assistance i got after my car was ****** infront of the gym while i was inside the gym. And due to that inconvenience i told them i wanted to cancel my contract there which they said yes to . Only to now have R410 and to receive an sms saying that i owe money ! ! Not only do they not understand that i cannot get there and i wont due to their lack of help and consideration to their clients needs and belongings now they still asking for money that they agreed to cancel with me not having to pay anything due to my major loss so far! Please help me as im getting numerous messages and calls from different staff im tired of having to go thru the same story with them. </p>
