***** by the gym

I am very upset with what is happening with this gym 3 years ago I joined the gym where I was paying R99 and my contract ended in November 2024. Now I see that there’s been R280 that has been deducted from my account with no idea why. When I signed the contract those people never told me that I need to come to the gym to cancel the contract I even told the lady that am unable to come so please cancel the contract I have tried to emailed them but no existing email address where you can send a letter for cancellation like any other company. Anyone to help me with this please help. This gym is a ****
