BUY YOURSELF OUT OF CONTRACT!!!!!

I joined you gym around the end of Dec '14 and soon after that i was relocated to Port Elizabeth where i am still residing. I immediately contact yourselves, to inform your of this situation,and requested that the membership be cancelled as you have no branches in PE, I NEVER USED THE FACILITY AS IT WAS NOT EVEN BUILT YET! i get billed every month for a service that I CANNOT USE...and was told that I must \BUY MYSELF OUT OF THE CONTRACT"!!! ....***!!! i have been paying for the last 12 months for nothing!!!!<br> <br> I find this is totally unreasonable and unfair. I have on numerous occasions requested that this contract be cancelled....but to no avail!!!!! <br> I am hereby requesting yet again for the membership to be cancelled with immediate effect. I am about to get legal advice on this matter"
