Broke Gym taking it out on ex-clients

We know that times are not easy and note that you have been struggling to repay your Zone Fitness account. As at today’s date, the current outstanding balance on this matter is R458.00.

I have fulfilled my contractual obligations with this people and after two years they continued month to month with this ****py contract of which I paid R660 cash and cancelled sixty days in advance in 2016. Can you believe that I get this after two full years.

I have requested their collections agent to get a breakdown of my contract term and show me where I have defaulted and to date no response from them either.
