Blood suckers

I made an arrangement to pay back the arrears starting from the 20/11/2021 by R200 in addition to the end of the month payment. I was debited yesterday with R490. On enquiring about this, I spoke to Nomagagu Ndhlovu. Her response was we will put the debit through and if there is money it will go through. She also said she will debit on month end. I don't have money to pay twice. She said she can take the money as she has my banking details. So what does this mean, you debit me whenever you feel like. She cut the call on me. The debit order was removed some months ago, for reason I still don't know. If this did not happen I wouldn't be in arrears. I find this totally unacceptable, ********* and unprofessional. Please I need somebody to deal with this asap. I have a family to feed, doesn't mean there is money in my account, I have money to pay you. Muhammed Jeewa ***
