blacklisted because of Zone fitness account that I never owed

I had a once off cash payment contract with zone fitness in Belleville, I do not know how did I end up being handed over to Nimble Group for collection of an account that I do not owe. Can this please be sorted out because Nimble Group has blacklisted me. I have been to your branches several times and I am not getting any help.
