Billings an Accounts

I am very unhappy with the service from Zone Fitness I signed a contract for my payments to be deducted by debit order an everything was fine. For the past 3 months no payment was taken from them now im being handed over to collection for only a lousy R260 this service is **** an i will never do business with them again. They never bothered to contact me or email when they never received or didn't take the payment from my account as we agreed.
