Be careful. Easy to join, impossible to cancel even after contract term

Worst customer service and ****mers... For the last 2 months ive been trying to cancel my membership, went to southdale they said they couldnt cancel l, i needed to go to campus even though i was paying more for country wide access. Eventually my requested was attended to telephonically. I managed to cancel online 2 months later, or so i thought. Was debited last month and upon enquiring it was not cancelled, mind you my contract lapsed over 8 months ago. The said they were going to do a refund of only one months payment... No refund as yet Havent heard from them since!!!!! They even just ignore my email follow ups.

Pls be careful its easy to join but impossible to leave even after the contract term.
